Description
This presentation is intended for the general public as many people who do not themselves have celiac disease, have friends, or family members who have it and there is a lot of confusion about what it is and on how to provide a safe gluten-free diet. The presentation is also useful for those who think they may have problems with gluten, but do not know how to go about verifying this. With Margaret Duthie, twice President of the Quebec Chapter of Celiac Canada, retired social-worker, and ongoing volunteer.
