This event, organized by the McGill University Training Program on Neurocognitive Disorders in partnership with Seva Samyoga Community Services, aims to raise public awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and neurocognitive disorders. Ms. Claire Webster, a former caregiver and certified dementia care consultant, will share practical advice on how to care for a person living with dementia. She will discuss important considerations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both the individual as well as the care partner to help families understand and access the resources needed to navigate this disease.
