Just because birds have started to migrate to the south doesn’t mean that there won’t be activity in your yard, garden, or at your bird feeders. There are many species that stay with us for the winter, and there are also some exciting birds that descend from the high north to spend winter with us in southern Quebec. We’ll discuss those unique winter species, where to find them, and what you can do to provide them food and a suitable habitat for the winter. With Sheldon Harvey, experienced birder, lecturer, consultant and member of Bird Protection Quebec.
